How to get rid of cellulite
On the internet, you can find lots of home remedies on how to get rid of cellulite. The one and only way we've found to get rid of cellulite, or at least reduce cellulite, is diet and exercise.
Cellulite is simply normal fat. It looks bumpy because it's pushing through the connective tissues that usually keep it distributed evenly beneath your skin. The total amount of fat in your body, your age, and your genetic predisposition all combine to determine if you'll be saddled with cellulite or not.
To help you get rid of cellulite we will give you some good exercises. This is not an overnight remedy to get rid of cellulite, you will have to be patient for at least two to three months.
How to get rid of cellulite - exercises
Lunges - hands on hips, back straight, KNEES ALWAYS BENT, SLOWLY take a great step forward until your back knee is about an inch from the ground. Do this 15x and repeat 3x (45x total)
Wall sits - find a wall, put your back to it and bend your knees (which should only be a couple inches apart) until they are flat enough to balance a tennis ball on. Keep your hands out of the way so you don't use arm strength for this excercise. You can easily do this while watching TV, simply do it on commercial breaks and hold the entire time. 3x 60 seconds or on commercial breaks.
Squats - Keep your legs shoulder length apart. Hold weights in hands (if desired), KNEES ALWAYS BENT, back straight, SLOWLY bend knees until close to ground. Do this 15x and repeat 3x (45x total).
If you do these exercises 3-4 times a week you will notice a drastic difference after a few weeks.
