Facial Cleansers
Dry skin cleanser
Notes: Moisturizing
Take ¼ cup of aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil, 1 teaspoon glycerin, ½ teaspoon grapefruit seed extract, 8 drops of sandalwood essential oil, 4 drops of rosemary essential oil and 1 capsule vitamin E.
Mix all ingredients well until blended. Apply to face and neck with a cotton ball and rinse well with warm water
Cleansing milk
Notes: Moisturizing cleanser and toner in one
Take ½ a cup of plain yogurt, 1½ teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon jojoba oil and 5 drops of lemon essential oil. Using a blender, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Apply to skin and gently massage using circular motions.
Strawberry cleanser
Take 6 fresh strawberries, 6 strawberry leaves, 3 tablespoons of witch hazel, 2 tablespoons almond oil and ½ teaspoon slippery elm. Blend until the mixture is smooth, using a blender. Gently massage small amounts into your skin in a circular motion. Rinse well with warm water.
Oily skin cleanser
Notes: Helps control excess oil
Get ¼ cup of witch hazel, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon glycerin, ½ teaspoon grapefruit seed extract, 6 drops lemon essential oil, 1 capsule vitamin E and mix well until blended. Apply gently to face and neck using a cotton ball. Rinse well with warm water.
The blemish fighter
Notes: Helps fight blemishes
Take ¼ cup of witch hazel, 1 teaspoon glycerin, ½ teaspoon grapefruit seed extract, 8 drops lavender essential oil,, 4 drops tea tree essential oil and 1 capsule vitamin E. Mix the ingredients well until blended. Apply gently to face and neck using a cotton ball. Rinse well with warm water.
Oatmeal cleanser
Notes: Softens the skin
Take 1 cup of rolled oats and process until fine using a blender. Take a small amount and massage into wet face and neck. Rinse well with warm water.
