Cramps

Cramping exists in several ways, ie. menstral cramps, leg cramps, stomach cramps, pregnancy cramps and cramps in any muscle you have. We give you some remedies so you can easily relief the pain!

Cramp remedy #1

If you have dill pickle juice on hand, drink a half cup when you feel a cramp coming or as soon as it strikes.

Cramp remedy #2

One heaping teaspoon of salt in water (half to one glass) will relief the cramps.

Cramp remedy #3

Take a hotpack or a waterbottle and fill it up with very hot water. Place it on the place where you're having cramps and leave it there until the pain goes away.

Cramp remedy #4

Make sure your calcium (milk, yogart) intake is good. Eat 2 cups of Yogart a day and you will not have cramps when your monthly period comes. If you don't like Yogart take a calcium supplement.

Cramp remedy #5

Bring water to a boil with three tablespoons of oregano. Leave in the pot and continue to boil for five minutes. After that strain and drink as tea. You will feel very well the whole day.
